Opened in 2015, Emmer & Rye is a restaurant designed around the farmer’s haul, featuring a menu that changes daily with a focus on seasonal and local cuisine. Heirloom grains are milled fresh for house made pastas, breads, and desserts, whole animal butchery is done on site, and an extensive in-house fermentation program captures flavors at their peak and preserves them for the off season. Emmer & Rye works with Zero FoodPrint to be a carbon neutral restaurant.

Hestia is the goddess of the hearth, and our take on a modern grill-house. Dishes find inspiration from a custom 20-ft hearth that anchors the kitchen and dining room, and the entire menu allows an opportunity to explore and showcase techniques that highlight the role of fire in food. Hestia’s chefs provide a deeper look into our food philosophy by playing an integral role in service. In addition to soulful menu, Hestia boasts a robust wine program.

Traditional meets modern in this new age Caribbean restaurant, tucked away on the east side of Austin. Named after the Canje pheasant, national bird of Guyana, Canje pulls inspiration not just from mainland Guyana, but from Jamaica to Puerto Rico, and all the islands in between. Our menu explores the cooking techniques, ingredients, and many expressions of vibrant food across the region. Canje boasts a robust cocktail program and fun wine list focusing on small producers, both built to pair with Caribbean flavors.

Named after the Hebrew name for hyssop, one of the main ingredients in the spice blend za'atar, Ezov celebrates the markets of Tel Aviv and the bounty of Texas. The menu is designed to share and changes with the season, focusing both on classics and twists. Wines from the Mediterranean: Greece, Lebanon, Israel, Italy and beyond are food friendly and meant to be shared. Drawing inspiration from Tel Aviv nightlife, the cocktails are fresh and bold.
